Happy New Year to one and all!
Another year has come and gone. It seems that each one passes more quickly than the one before it.
I returned safe and sound from my week in Vegas. The wedding was amazing and the trip was fun. I got to spend a day at Red Rock Canyon with my friend (the groom) and got a few quality shots. Most of the photos I took during the trip were high in fun and low in quality. I carried my pocket cam and it's just hard to get great shots at night. There are lights everywhere but it is still dark enough to need the flash. When you use the flash, you lose all the colour and shine of the lights, so lots of the appeal is lost, at least to my eye.
Anyway, here's a shot from a past trip to Mexico. I won't be getting there this year, I am pretty sure the travel bank of Krista is CLOSED for the season! ;)

Where is hubby? WTF is that in ones glass. Glad you had a good holiday. Nothing worse than a bad holiday..I can't imagine Vegas being anything but tacky.
